Friday June 19th 6P-9P load in only

Saturday June 20th 10A -5P show Open to the Public
 

1. Table registrations are confirmed with receipt of this application/contract and paid in full via check or money order. You must pre-pay to have a table reserved please.

2. Vendor/exhibitor cost - $125. Includes 1 Table, Chairs and 2 Exhibitor passes, extra tables are $25 each. If power is needed please let us know as we will have to set you up along the exterior walls when we plan the layout.

3. All booths should be staffed and ready to conduct business by 10 AM. 

4. Vendor/Exhibitor must furnish receipts with all sales and trades. Customers are required to present these receipts to remove items from the show.

5. Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for city, state, federal taxes; fees and fines incurred during the Tri City Guitar Expo.

6. Please be courteous in limiting demo’s of amplifiers and loud speakers and limit demonstrations to 5 minutes or less.

7. Only one firm/vendor/exhibitor or entity may occupy each booth.

8. Any vendor/exhibitor or attendee of the event that negatively affects the show’s reputation can be removed from the event at management’s sole discretion.

9. Management may refuse a booth application for any reason.

10. No instrument sales, purchases or trades will be allowed outside the venue or parking lot.

11. The Tri-cites Guitar Expo nor show management/affiliates assume responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, injury or accidents that may happen during the event.

12. Event vendors/exhibitors are encouraged to obtain insurance for the event to cover themselves for loss, stolen or damaged items.

13. Sales or display of illegal, counterfeit, unlicensed items are prohibited.
